Do you have a path to revenue, or just activity?

Answer twelve questions about how your marketing actually works. You get a score out of 100, and the one layer that's holding the rest back.

One question per screen, about five minutes. It's free, and there's no pitch on the result page.

What it measures

Audience
Who you sell to.
Journey
How they decide.
Collateral
What moves them.
Measurement
Where you measure.

Each question has five answers, from we don't have this, through it's written down, to it's used and kept current.

The five levels

Where your answers put you, and what it means.

0Guessing. Nothing is defined. The work isn't connected to a buyer.
1Assumed. It's in people's heads, and they'd disagree if you asked them separately.
2Written. It's documented, but the work doesn't follow it.
3Followed. The team actually works to it.
4Compounding. It's measured, updated, and you can trace revenue back to it.

How it works

1

Answer twelve questions

One per screen, about five minutes. Answer with what you actually do, not what you think the right answer is.

2

See your score

Out of 100, with a level and a score on each of the four domains. Your weakest one is the finding.

3

Decide what to do

Two moves you can make without me. If you want to go through it together, the call is free and it's thirty minutes.
