My expertise lies at the intersection of marketing strategy, systems, and AI.

I help B2B tech and healthcare companies choose the right customers, build the strategy around how those customers buy, and set up the operation that executes it.

Seven years, ninety companies, one recurring problem.

Seven years in marketing. Six of them running my own company. More than ninety companies across the US, the UK, Australia, and the Philippines, several of them as their fractional CMO, one of them through a nine-million-dollar raise. And one problem that kept showing up no matter the industry or the size of the team.

The disconnect. Between the strategy and the day-to-day work that was supposed to run it. Between what the customer needed at each stage of their buying decision and what marketing was actually producing. Between channels, each running its own plan. Plenty of activity, and none of it compounding into revenue.

I've always been able to look at a business and see the system inside it: how the pieces connect, which one decides the next, and how to turn it into a workflow someone else can run. That's what had me leading client campaigns three months into a six-month training program at an SEO startup, running the agency's day-to-day at six months, and out the door a year later to start my own. From one part-time freelancer, it grew to a team of 35 and a 25 million peso a year business.

It's also what turned the recurring problem into a method. I named it the Path to Revenue: the right audience, their buying journey, a strategy built on it, the collateral and channels that move them, and a team with the workflows to run it. When AI arrived and everyone got the same tools, I rebuilt my own agency around it to become a truly AI-first company, and went back to working with companies directly.
